Marcel Devon is
a twenty-eight-year-old bisexual writer and artist who has
been incarcerated in Texas since the age of fifteen. After eight years in
solitary confinement, he has developed his artistic and writing skills as
well as a grasp of four other languages. Recently out of solitary, he is
hoping for a release this decade into free society where he can contribute to
causes of social benevolence. His current works include the comic strip
“Ambiguous Ambrosia” and contributions to Fanorama, a LGBT
punk rock ’zine (http://www.freewebs.com/fanorama/).
“There Are No Pretty Girls at the Tabernacle” is his first
published story.
